Billing and Systems Data Analyst

Introduction

As a Billing and System Data Analyst, you will be working collaboratively with the Finance, Sales, and Support teams to generate accurate and timely client usage billing reports in preparation for client invoicing. As a member of the operations team, you will also have opportunity to cross train on various project and tasks to help providing world-class customer support to internal and external clients.

A Day in the Life as a Billing and Systems Data Analyst

This role processes, confirms accuracy, and distributes student/course enrollment billing reports to required stakeholders and works proactively to analyze and resolve any discrepancies while ensuring all client billing process steps are completed prior to billing calendar deadlines. Additionally, this role maintains a detailed knowledge of the features and functions of the Student Information System in order to assist with other student data analysis projects and overall operations team projects and tasks.

Qualifications

- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.

- Highly motivated, customer centric with excellent detail/accuracy, verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables), Word, and Outlook.

- Working knowledge of CRM software (NetSuite preferred).

- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database maintenance

Compensation

Work Schedule

This is a full-time work from home position with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday 9 A.M to 5 P.M.
