Order Entry Part-time Temp
Introduction
Looking for a positive person to join our energetic team. We are part of a larger company, but our Distribution team only has a few members. The Distribution team plays an important role in generating revenue by working with large and small accounts. We establish and maintain long term relationships with many online and store locations that sell our products. We are needing a person to help us enter orders and respond to customer questions via email. This is a remote position, so it makes it easy to put in an hour or two without a lot of travel or extra time away from your family and friends.

A Day in the Life as a Part-time Teacher
As a part time employee, we would be requiring you to work shifts of 1-3 hours during a couple of evenings during the week, and when it fits your schedule on the weekends. It would not be more than 3-5 shifts a week depending on the current volume of orders coming in. It is something you would be able to do from the comfort of your own home or anywhere with internet access. To start we would train you on how to enter and keep up with orders and customer questions coming in from our Amazon store. Eventually we would also like to train you on many of the other order and customer service-related things we do.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone that is familiar with computers enough to be easily trained on the internal programs we use. We will provide you with a laptop, but you will need to provide your own internet connection. Any other order entry or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally, is needed.
